Creating an account
To get started, sign up for a runZero account. The default account is a trial of the full runZero Platform. When the trial expires, you can convert to the free Community Edition or buy a subscription.
Activating your account
After you sign up, we’ll email you a link to activate your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Open the link to reach the Activation page and follow the instructions there. You’ll provide your name, set a password, specify your location, and accept our privacy policy and terms of service.
Once your account is active, you land directly in the runZero Console. Your new account has administrative access, so you can manage sites, organizations, users, and Explorers.
If anything goes wrong while creating your account, contact support.
Changing your password
Change your password from your account settings. You’ll enter your current password before you can set a new one.
All passwords must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 1 number
Updating your profile picture
Your profile images come from Gravatar and are tied to your email address. If you don’t have a Gravatar account, sign up for one.
